Creative expression is a beautiful way to slow down, ease stress and communicate through colour, line and imagery what words sometimes cannot.

In this new two-hour workshop, we’ll take inspiration from a colourful floral arrangement and gather around a long, paper-covered table to create one flowing, shared artwork. Using a variety of mixed media, you’ll be encouraged to play freely and create without expectation. There are no mistakes here, colourful linework, expressive marks, splashes all become part of this artwork.

As we create, we’ll sip herbal tea and enjoy relaxed conversation. At the end of the workshop, the artwork will be divided so everyone can take home a unique piece of our shared creation.

This is a fun and accessible exploration of pattern, colour and design. All skill levels are welcome, and all materials are provided.

Bodhi, my small Havanese companion and therapy dog, often joins us at our workshops and brings plenty of pawsitive encouragement! If you are uncomfortable around dogs, please let me know before the workshop.
