Young Creative Art Classes
Term 4 Saturday Art Classes begin in mid-October, offering young artists a fun and welcoming space to explore new materials, build confidence and meet fellow creatives. Classes are offered in two age groups, with both groups exploring the same inspiring artist, technique or creative project each week, adapted to suit their age and experience.

Bodhi, my small Havanese companion and therapy dog, will join us at every class and provide plenty of pawsitive encouragement! If your child is uncomfortable around dogs, please let me know before the term begins. 🐾
Term 4 Classes
SATURDAY’S AT LANE COVE ART GALLERY
17th October – 5th December 2026
Eight weekly 90-minute classes
Ages 7–10: Saturdays, 9:00–10:30 am
Ages 11–13: Saturdays, 11:00 am–12:30 pm
Through weekly 90 minute sessions, we explore inspiring artists, play with techniques, mediulms and dabble with colour. These welcoming term classes give young artists the time and space to experiment and develop their own creative voice.
Across the eight weeks, students will discover a variety of creative materials, beginning with a guided activity introducing the week’s artist, medium or idea before students are encouraged to experiment and make their artwork their own.
Regular term classes allow me to understand each child’s individual way of creating, where they feel confident, where they may need support and when they are ready to be gently challenged. Alongside developing practical art skills, students build friendships, share ideas and experience the joy of creating together.
School Holiday Workshops at Primary Writers
I’m excited to be offering holiday workshops and weekly Term 4 classes at Primary Writers in Lindfield. These fun and encouraging sessions give young artists the opportunity to build their creative confidence, develop new skills and connect with other children who love drawing, storytelling and making art.
School Holiday 4-Day Graphic Novel Workshop
Monday 28 September–Thursday 1 October 2026
Years 5–8: 10:30 am–12:30 pm
Years 1–4: 1:00–3:00 pm
Cost: $320 for four days
Across four creative sessions, students will explore character design, comics and visual storytelling while developing their own original graphic-novel ideas. Perfect for children who love drawing, writing stories or bringing imaginative characters to life!

Term 4 Art & Illustration Classes
Nine weekly two-hour classes
Tuesdays: 4:00–6:00 pm, 13 October–8 December 2026
Thursdays: 4:00–6:00 pm, 15 October–10 December 2026
Students will explore inspiring artists, illustration techniques and a variety of creative materials in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each week offers something new, encouraging students to experiment, express themselves freely and form friendships with fellow young creatives.
