Stepping into the wonderful world of colour we will learn about related and complimentary colours. Touch on the effects colours have on our emotions and moods. Which are healing and which are motivational colours and how to apply these colours with our drawings.

This 3 hour workshop is open to all skill levels and all materials are provided on the day. This is a fun and easy class exploring patterns, colour and design. Please leave your expectation of perfection at the door, these workshops were created for you to let go, play, be curious all while stepping into your creativity.

What are the benefits of a daily drawing practice?

Colours have the ability to soothe your frazzled nerves, agitate a hostile adversary, motivate you, empower you and also bring healing. Experiment with colour combinations using pencil, posca pens or watercolour as we pick a colour pallet to draw with a vibrant or calming illustration.

Herbal teas will be provided on arrival, with candles and music to enhance the cosy experience in my creative space.

Bodhi is my Havanese dog and your welcoming committee. He takes his role very seriously, but if you are uncomfortable with dogs please let me know. He is a hypoallergenic fluff ball who will make you feel very welcomed.
