Reiki Seated Treatments – Gentle Energy Healing for Mind, Body & Spirit

This soothing therapy is offered either hands-on or with hands just above the body, encouraging deep relaxation and promoting overall wellbeing. In this seated session, whether you're feeling low on energy, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply in need of rest and reset, Reiki offers a nurturing space to reconnect and restore.

This calming treatment supports your body’s natural ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually, leaving you with a renewed sense of clarity, grounding, and peace. There’s no need to prepare, just come as you are. You’re welcome to share how you’re feeling beforehand, or simply relax and let the energy guide the session.

Package 1 — Seated Reiki Treatment

40 minutes — $140

A calming and restorative seated Reiki session designed to reset your energy and bring you back into balance.
This gentle hands-on or hands-off treatment supports emotional clarity, nervous-system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

Package 2 — Reiki Treatment + Energy Reading

60 minutes — $170

A deeper, more intuitive experience.
You’ll begin with a seated Reiki treatment to soothe the mind and body, followed by a personalised energy reading that offers insight, clarity, and guidance on what’s currently moving through your energetic field.

This session is ideal if you’re seeking both healing and understanding, supporting emotional release, grounding, and a sense of renewed direction.

Package 3 — Reiki Treatment + Intuitive Art Session

75–90 minutes — $210

This signature offering blends your healing and artistic gifts.
You’ll receive a nurturing seated Reiki treatment followed by an intuitive art session, where Serena creates a small illustrated keepsake inspired by your energy, featuring gentle affirmations, symbols, and personalised imagery.

A beautiful option for anyone seeking emotional healing, creative activation, or a meaningful piece of art to take home as a reminder of their journey.
